Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once you place an order, you agree to pay the full price for the products and services you selected, and you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms and conditions.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, damage, defect, or error. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse of the products after they are delivered to you. We also do not accept cancellations or modifications of orders once they are confirmed.

We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions and images of our products on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colors, sizes, and shapes of the products will match exactly what you see on your screen. Please review the product information carefully before placing an order.

Exception for Damage During Shipping

The only exception to our no return or exchange policy is if your order arrives damaged due to shipping. In that case, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide us with proof of the damage, such as photos of the packaging and the product. We will then review your claim and, if approved, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost. You do not need to return the damaged product to us.

Please note that this exception only applies to damage caused by shipping and not by any other factors. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after you receive the order, such as due to improper handling, storage, or use.
